Yes, free shipping is included on every order across Ireland. No minimums and no hidden conditions, because we believe getting your pieces should be easy and stress-free.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery then takes another 3 to 7 business days. In most cases your order arrives within 4 to 9 business days in total. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
You have 60 days from delivery to return your items, unworn and in their original condition. Just email contact@lorenthelabel.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. Exchanges are very welcome too.
